What data we collect and why

• Contact form. Name, email address, company (optional) and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to deliver the site securely and detect abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics and does not embed third-party trackers. For that reason no cookie banner is shown.

Who receives your data

The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC). Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. If a third-party form service is used to deliver contact form messages, it acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless a business relationship follows, in which case the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and any legally required retention period. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, or to withdraw consent you have given.
